Baked Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fresh head cauliflower
1 fresh head broccoli
2 c. carrots, scraped
1 large sweet onion, sliced
1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
Preparation

Separate cauliflower and broccoli into florets.
Cut carrots into 2 to 3-inch pieces.
Into a casserole dish, that has been sprayed with vegetable oil, place vegetables evenly.
Slice butter into several \"pats\" and place on top of mixture.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until tender.
