Seafood Fettucini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
4 tsp, flour
1-1/2 cups half-and-half
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. imitation crabmeat
6 oz. cooked fettucini
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation

Melt butter, stir in flour.
Gradually add half-and-half, stir until thickened.
Add Parmesan; cook and stir until smooth.
Fold in crabmeat, heat 3 minutes, stir occasionally.
Toss fettucini with sauce, sprinkle with parsley.
Serve immediately.
Serves 4.
