Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. squash
    1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/4 c. milk
    1 medium onion
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender.
    Mash and mix with 1/2 cheese and 1/2 cracker crumbs.
    Top with remaining cheese and crackers.
    Dot with margarine and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
