Ham Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1/2 c. salad dressing
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 c. diced, cooked ham
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in cold water.
    Dissolve in boiling water. Blend in sour cream, salad dressing, vinegar, salt and pepper. Chill until partially set; whip until fluffy.
    Fold in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into 5-cup ring mold; chill until firm. Garnish with tomatoes or cheese or pineapple or orange slices. Serves 6.
