Chive-Onion-Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5.5 oz.) box hash brown potato mix with onions
    4 large eggs
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese with chives and onion
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Rehydrate potatoes according to package directions.
    Drain well.
    With a fork or wire whisk, beat eggs, soft cream cheese and milk in a large bowl until blended.
    Stir in potatoes, Parmesan and pepper.
    Pour into lightly greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish or shallow 10-inch round casserole.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven 35 to 40 minutes, until set and lightly browned.
    Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
    Serve as a main dish or cut in small squares for party appetizers.
