Peerless Rice-Paddy Pie(In Honor Of Stallion, "Alex Miles") - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 baked pie shell
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
12 oz. frozen, drained strawberries (with sugar)
1 1/2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
4 Tbsp. strawberry juice
1 c. cooked rice (set aside)

Preparation

Whip the whipping cream; set aside.
Mix the cream cheese and the sugar until smooth.
Add in the sweetened strawberries and mix by tossing lightly.
Set aside.
