Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. pkg. southern-style hash browns (frozen)
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Place frozen hash browns in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix melted butter, salt, onion soup, sour cream and Cheddar cheese.
Spread mixture over hash browns.
Top with a mixture of melted butter and crushed cornflakes or bread crumbs if desired.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
