2 Tbsp. Folger's coffee (instant)
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter-flavor Crisco
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. light brown sugar
1 egg
Preparation

Mix
all dry ingredients until dry buds form.
Add egg. Roll into balls, place on cookie sheet, flatten.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 7 minutes.
