Strawberry Cheese Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flaked coconut
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1/2 (10 oz.) jar strawberry preserves
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. almond extract
1 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. confectioners sugar

Preparation

Make a coconut crust with coconut, sugar and flour.
Blend in margarine and press onto bottom of 9-inch spring pan or 8-inch square pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes; chill.
