Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. grated cabbage
1 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
onion (opt.)
1 c. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Toss vegetables. Mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Combine with vegetables. Best if refrigerated overnight.
