Broccoli Salad 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    broccoli florets from 2 large bunches
    1/2 c. purple onion, chopped
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. bacon
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    1/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Break florets into small pieces; add onion and cheese.
    Dice bacon and fry until crisp; drain well and add to broccoli mixture. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Chill.
