Salamio Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburger
    5 Tbsp. Tender Quick Salt (feed store)
    2 1/2 tsp. cracked pepper
    2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    2 1/2 tsp. garlic powder or salt
    2 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients and knead for 5 minutes.
    Pack tightly and cover.
    Put in refrigerator.
    Knead mixture for 5 minutes on the 2nd and 3rd day.
    On the 4th day knead again for 5 minutes.
    Form into 1 pound rolls.
    Bake on broiler pan.
    Set oven on 175\u00b0 to 200\u00b0.
    Bake for 4 hours.
    Turn rolls every hour.
    Meat will appear red when fully cooked.
