Bishop Sheen'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    6 slices bread, crumbled
    1 c. applesauce
    1 egg
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped green peppers
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    flour
    salt
    pepper
    parsley
    catsup
Preparation
    Put meat in bowl.
    Add onions, peppers, bread, garlic, parsley, egg, salt, pepper and applesauce; mix well.
    Form into loaf shape; flour well.
    Oil pan and place floured loaf in pan. Add catsup on top of loaf.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Uncover for last 15 minutes.
