Chocolate Meringue Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie crust, baked
    3 1/4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    3 eggs, separated
    2 1/4 c. milk (whole or 2%)
Preparation
    Mix cornstarch, sugar and cocoa in a medium saucepan. Add yolks of eggs and milk. Mix well. Add margarine. Mix and cook on medium heat, stirring constantly with a rubber spatula. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Stir. Pour filling into crust and top with meringue.
