Microwave Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    nutmeg or cinnamon
Preparation
    Microwave milk in a 2-quart dish on High for 3 to 4 minutes until almost boiling.
    Mix together eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla and add to milk, stirring to mix.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon.
    Cook on Medium-high, rotating dish occasionally until knife comes out clean.
