Hard-Boiled Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
12 slices bacon, crisp and crumbled
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. onion, diced
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. crumbled potato chips
Preparation

Melt butter or margarine in a saucepan over low heat.
Add onion and cook until tender. Combine flour and milk with butter and onion, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add cheese until melted.
Layer half of the eggs in a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch dish. Pour half the onion and cheese mixture over the eggs.
Sprinkle half of the potato chips and half of the bacon over the mixture. Repeat this process with the remaining ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
