Clam Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6.5 oz.) can minced clams
1 pkg. soda crackers, crushed fine
4 to 6 beaten eggs
salt and pepper to taste
m.s.g. to taste
oil
Preparation

Heat oil to 375\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients until thick and stays on spoon.
Pat batter into pan to form patty.
Brown on each side. Serve hot.
Good leftover and in sandwiches.
