Peanut Butter Snowballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
3 Tbsp. oleo, softened
1 lb. white chocolate

Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, peanut butter and oleo; mix well.
Shape into 1-inch balls and place on a waxed lined cookie sheet.
Chill for 30 minutes, or until firm.
