Mrs. Harry M. Schoppert'S Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Kraft shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix all together saving 1/2 of cheese to put on top.
Place in a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Before putting in oven, spread rest of cheese on top.
You can add almonds on top too, if you want.
Can be prepared a day or 2 ahead.
