Foolproof Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. fresh diced apples
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped walnuts

Preparation

Combine oil and eggs.
Add sugar and vanilla.
Sift dry ingredients together and add to oil mixture.
Add apples and nuts. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours in tube pan.
