Baked Chicken In Honey Sauce(Makes 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
    1 Tbsp. cold water
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Melt margarine in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Add honey, orange juice, lemon juice, mustard, salt and curry powder.
    Mix well.
    Coat chicken pieces with honey mixture and place, skin-side down, in baking dish.
