Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    2 green peppers, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large eggplant, chopped
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    4 fresh tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook peppers, onion and eggplant in the bacon grease for 4 minutes.
    Add tomatoes, salt, cheese and bread crumbs.
    Put in 2-quart baking dish, greased, and top with bread crumbs, bacon and cheese.
    Bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
