Turketti(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped turkey (8 oz.)
7 oz. pkg. vermicelli or spaghetti
6 oz. low-fat Velveeta
1 can Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. pimento (optional)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. bell pepper
2 oz. grated low-fat Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Break spaghetti in 2-inch lengths.
Cook.
Drain well.
Mix chopped turkey, pimento, green pepper, onion, soup, broth and pepper.
Add Velveeta cheese and spaghetti.
With two forks, lightly toss until well mixed.
