Garden Spiral Primavera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. pkg. RF garden spirals
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. butter
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    3 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 medium zucchini, sliced and quartered
    2 carrots, cut into thin julienne strips
    1/3 c. white wine
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook spirals according to package directions.
    In large skillet, heat oil and butter.
    Add onion and garlic.
    Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Add the remaining vegetables.
    Cook 3 more minutes, stirring frequently.
    Add wine and seasonings. Simmer 5 minutes or until tender.
    Toss spirals with vegetables. Add cheese.
    Serve immediately.
