Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. round steak, cut
1 can beef broth
celery, chopped (can omit)
1 green pepper (strips)
1 large onion, sliced
1 can mushrooms
green onions
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Brown steak in little oil until it gets tender.
Add broth, vegetables and soy sauce.
Cover and simmer.
Combine 1/4 cup water and cornstarch.
Stir into the meat.
Serve over rice.
