Marshmallow Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. dates
    1 pkg. miniature marshmallows (preferably colored ones)
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    1 c. chopped nuts
    24 graham crackers, crushed
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
Preparation
    In large bowl, pour milk over first five ingredients.
    Mix well and roll in balls and then in coconut.
    Chill 1/2 hour or more on cookie sheet in refrigerator.
