Scallop Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter
1 leaf celery, diced
2 onions, diced
1 1/2 lb. potatoes, washed and diced finely
1 Tbsp. salt
2 1/2 c. water
1 lb. scallops (fake crab meat)
1 pt. whipping cream
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
pepper
1 c. Sauterne wine
Preparation

Saute celery and onions slowly in melted butter until onions are transparent.
Add potatoes, salt, pepper, Sauterne wine and water.
Bring to boil, then add imitation seafood.
Bring back to boil and then cut heat; simmer until potatoes are soft.
Heat whipping cream to a rolling boil in a separate pan.
Add to chowder and add parsley.
