Hot Cheese Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sharp cheese
    5 slices raw bacon
    1 medium onion
    1 small clove garlic
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    24 slices party rye bread
Preparation
    Grind together cheese, bacon, onion and garlic.
    Combine mayonnaise and mustard.
    Mix well.
    Spread on bread.
    Broil for 6 to 7 minutes about 5 inches from broiler heat.
    These can be frozen.
    When ready to use, take out of freezer about half hour before needed and broil 6 to 7 minutes or until done.
