Peanut Butter Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/4 c. peanut butter
Preparation
    Beat egg whites, vanilla and sugar until soft peaks form. Fold in coconut and peanut butter, which has been melted and cooled.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
