Crisp Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 c. plain flour
    2 c. crisp rice cereal
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 c. butter
    1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, toss together cheese, flour, cereal, salt and cayenne pepper.
    Mix well.
    Melt butter.
    Add Worcestershire sauce.
    Pour over flour mixture and stir well. (Mixture will be coarse.)
    Shape into 3/4-inch firm balls.
    Place on lightly buttered baking sheet and bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Cool 5 minutes before removing from sheet.
    Press with fork in crisscross pattern.
    Yields 126 wafers.
