Doris Carson'S Cornbread Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. cornbread mix
    1 c. minced onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. sage
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. chopped parsley
    2 beaten eggs
    2 to 3 cans mushrooms
Preparation
    Start with 2 packages of cornbread mix.
    Crumble together all ingredients, except eggs and mushrooms.
    Add the eggs and mushrooms.
    Mix together; add chicken broth until runny.
    Grease a baking dish and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
