Beef And Pepper Rice Skillet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in thin strips
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. sliced onion
1 c. converted rice
1 can (10 oz.) beef broth
3 Tbsp. soy sauce or to taste
2 green peppers, coarsely chopped
1 jar (2 oz.) sliced pimentos, drained
Preparation

Brown beef in oil.
Stir in onion, rice, beef broth, one soup can of water and soy sauce. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and cook over low heat until liquid is absorbed, about 25 minutes. Stir in green pepper and pimientos.
Heat.
