Macaroni Salad(Club Member: Kristi Mayfield) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
    1 can condensed milk
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and let set overnight.
