Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt *
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1/2 c. light brown sugar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly with your hand.
    Shape into 3 (10-inch) logs.
    Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerator for 24 hours.
    This step is mandatory.
