    1 Basic Ice Cream recipe
    frozen fruit pulp (your choice of mango, coconut or soursop)*
Preparation
    *Or can use fresh medium sized soursop (extract with 1 1/2 cups water; 3 or 4 large mangos (blend pulp); or 2 large coconuts (extract with 2 cups water in blender).
