Homemade Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    8 c. flour
    4 c. milk, scalded
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Beat eggs in large mixing bowl. Add sugar, yeast and oil.
    Mix well.
    Add 6 cups of flour, salt and scalded milk alternately.
    Beat until satiny looking.
    Let rise until double in bulk.
    Turn onto bread board with 2 cups flour and knead.
    Roll and cut into biscuits.
    Brush with melted butter.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375\u00b0.
