Miniature Fruit Strawberries - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. Eagle Brand milk
2 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O (strawberry)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. angel flake coconut
1 c. pecans or almonds
Preparation

In blender grind nuts and coconut.
Mix all ingredients together.
Place in refrigerator 3 to 4 hours to harden.
Mold into strawberry.
Shape by hand.
Roll in fine red sugar.
Dip ends in green sugar to form stems, or small pieces of almonds dyed green can be stuck on end as stem.
Use 2 per strawberry.
Yields 50 or more.
Store in airtight container in refrigerator or can be frozen.
