Blue Cheese Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    4 Tbsp. Blue cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Whip the cream.
    Crumble in Blue cheese.
    Fold cream and Blue cheese into mayonnaise.
    Add lemon juice.
    Refrigerate for 2 hours.
    Yields 2 cups.
    Thin with 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk to use the next day.
