Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    1 large egg
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
Preparation
    In large bowl sift together flour, sugar, and salt.
    Cut in shortening with a pastry blender until crumbly.
    In a small bowl beat water, vinegar and egg.
    Add to flour.
    Cover bowl and chill at least 1/2 an hour before rolling.
    This can be kept in the refrigerator for a week.
