Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. elbow macaroni
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 boiled eggs
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook and drain macaroni.
    In a large bowl, stir together last 6 ingredients until smooth.
    Add other ingredients and toss to coat well.
    Cover and chill.
