Icebox Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sliced cukes
    2 onion slices
    2 2/3 c. sugar
    2 1/4 c. vinegar
    2 tsp. celery seed
    2 tsp. dill seed
    2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine sugar, vinegar, spices and salt; let boil.
    Pour over cucumbers and onions.
    Cool; place in refrigerator.
    Ready to eat in 4 days.
