Gingerbread On The Coals - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 large oranges, halved
1 pkg. Betty Crocker gingerbread mix
1 c. water
Preparation

Cut tops from oranges.
Remove fruit from shells.
Save for fruit salad.
Mix gingerbread mix and water.
Place batter in orange cups and carefully set cups upright in hot coals.
Cook about 12 minutes or until tops of cakes lose their sheen.
Remove from coals and cool slightly.
Top with small dab of oleo and eat with a spoon.
