Confetti Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    4 oz. jar pimento
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 c. frozen corn
    4 c. precooked rice
    1 c. frozen peas
    1/2 to 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    In a large skillet, dry saute the onions and green pepper until tender.
    Add corn, oregano, paprika, pimento and cook 1 to 2 minutes.
    Add rice, peas and soy sauce and heat through.
    Serve hot or cold.
