Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 or 5 sweet potatoes
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. coconut
    large marshmallows
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Boil sweet potatoes until tender.
    Peel and mash well.
    Add sugar, melted margarine, coconuts, pecans and spices.
    Mix well. Spray 9 x 13-inch baking dish with Pam.
    Pour mixture in dish. Top with marshmallows.
    Bake 5 to 6 minutes at 250\u00b0 or until marshmallows are brown.
