Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal mix
    1 can creamed corn
    3 eggs
    1 lb. hot Jimmy Dean sausage
    1 lb. Velveeta
Preparation
    Mix cornmeal, corn and eggs.
    Pour half into 2-quart baking dish.
    Add uncooked sausage evenly on top.
    Put cheese evenly on top.
    Add rest of cornmeal to this.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
