Beef Stick - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Mix well and form into 2 rolls.
    Chill overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
