Strawberry Cheese Cake Squares(Great For Christmas Or Valentine'S Day) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 to 4 c. graham cracker crumbs
3/4 c. reduced calorie tub margarine, melted
1 (4 1/2 c. serving) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3/4 c. light cream cheese
2/3 c. instant nonfat dry milk powder
1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. crushed pineapple, drain and reserve juice
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 envelope strawberry gelatin
1 medium banana, sliced
reduced calorie whipped topping

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a
13 x 9-inch pan, combine graham cracker crumbs and margarine.
Press into bottom and up sides of pan. Bake 10 minutes. Set aside.
In medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed, beat pudding mix, cheese, dry milk, sugar, vanilla and 1 1/2 cups water until blended.
Pour over crust.
