Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick + 1 Tbsp. butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 sq. dark chocolate, melted
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. grated orange rind
1/2 c. milk
2 c. coarsely grated zucchini
2 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

In a large bowl, cream the butter with the sugar.
Beat in the eggs.
Add the melted chocolate, vanilla, grated orange rind and the milk.
Stir in the grated zucchini.
