Italian Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) can mushroom pieces
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 (8 oz.) light sour cream
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    3/4 tsp. black pepper
    5 Tbsp. minced dry onion
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 (6 oz.) grated Cheddar or Colby cheese or 1 large pkg. mixed grated Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown
    meat
    and
    mushroom
    pieces.
    Drain
    excess oil. Cook broccoli as directed on package; drain.
    Add all ingredients except
    cheese and mix well.
    Put thin layer in casserole dish, 9 x
    13-inch.
    Sprinkle with half of both cheeses.
    Add remaining mixture
    and
    sprinkle again with remaining cheese. Bake at
    350\u00b0 for
    30
    minutes, if using immediately.
    If for future use,
    cover tightly
    with
    foil wrap before baking and freeze.
