Shrimp Cocktail Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. lukewarm buttermilk or sour milk
1 Tbsp. horseradish
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. soda
3 Tbsp. melted shortening
1 pkg. yeast
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. cornmeal
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients.
Add yeast.
Let stand 5 minutes; mix well.
Blend in flour, a little at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
Cover and let stand 10 minutes.
